​Andrew has more than 30 years experience in engineering and financial services, with specialist commercial expertise in merchant acquiring.
​
Most recently Andrew was a Finance Director at Fiserv with P&L responsibility for 3 acquiring business units covering SME merchants, Enterprise merchants and Acquiring As A Service clients. Andrew was also responsible for the EMEA sales associate incentive team, responsible for the calculation of incentives for 400+ sales associates.
Previous roles at First Data included Portfolio Revenue Manager, where Andrew improved profitability of a 100k+ merchant portfolio through regular targeted bulk reprice activities. Andrew also Improved the range and functionality of merchant / partner pricing tools and pricing guidelines.
As Head of Business Performance, Andrew provided the business with enhanced KPI’s, reduced merchant attrition by determining drivers, developing prediction tools and measuring effectiveness of retention activities. Andrew introduced merchant fee anomaly reporting and correction routines.
